Nikki + Jay's wedding had three unique elements that we adored- succulents galore, a sweet serenade and a DAYTIME ceremony and reception! We know that they aren't the majority, but we sure do love daytime weddings! And not just because we have a soft spot for brunch and mimosas. Daytime weddings are wonderful for a variety of reasons- they're a bit more casual, they're cost-effective and often times, vendor availability is a bit more open.
The couple hosted their ceremony outdoors at the gazebo (behind the garden house) and reception in the garden house. After they said their vows, it was time for the grand entrance to the reception. The couple opened with their first dance, during which Jay serenaded his new bride (cue the swoons and heart flutters). Then the groomsmen joined him in a dance for the maids. It was SO much fun and really set the tone for the rest of the afternoon. There were lots of giggles and smiles.
After everyone had their pie (yum) and the reception came to a close, the couple had a bubble exit (one of our classic favs).
